Project Start/Complete: February-April, 2024 (3mo.)

Location: 3rd Flr, Cybergate, SM- Seaside, Cebu City, 6000

Design Inputs: Classic Black in modern touch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, project manager, Architects & Engineers, store and building department staff with regards to contracts, permits, blueprints, and inspections.

• Manage day-to-day external operations and ensure design progress are met.

• At least 2-3 times a week of on-site inspection with regards to work progress.

• Ensure in-and-out of workers, materials, trash and equipment's are smooth and safe as possible within the construction site.

• Submit weekly report to the management with expected accomplishments.
